This evening is not just about raising capital, but gives founders the opportunity to ask for what they actually need. From testers, collaborators, marketing partners, and peer support. Because let’s face it: building something great takes more than funding, it takes a community.
Hosted by SFC Capital’s Founder, Stephen Page, this event is not only your front-row seat to the next wave of innovation, but a chance to back or be part of it. Past pitch nights featured startups tackling space tech, biotech, and next-gen cybersecurity. Names like Onfido, CircaGene, and Spintex had their start here.
Ready to Pitch?
Home Grown members have the unique opportunity to present their business and gain invaluable feedback. Businesses must be in the early stages or early scale-up – i.e. raised max. Series A (£1M round), turning over up to £1M.
Simply email us at membersevents@homegrownclub.co.uk with your business stage, a brief overview, and your specific ask. We will pass on your interest and application to SFC Capital, however, this is NOT a guarantee of your slot to pitch.
Guidelines for Your Pitch:
Duration: Maximum of 5 minutes
Structure:
Introduce yourself and your business
Present your product/service and target market
Make a clear, single ask from the audience
Offer something in return (if applicable)
Provide contact details for follow-up
